Support for PCI128 CT4810 sound card

Hello,
I am running windows 10 64 bit and all my motherboard audio ports are broken.
So I plugged in my old PCI128 CT4810 sound card, but I can not find any drivers for my os that support it. When I found kxdriver, I was hoping it would support it but it only supports from PCI256 and on. Is it easy to add support for my card and if not could you point me to a driver that will work for me? I have spent a lot of hours searching with no luck.

if you dont read Chinese 驱动人生， try "Driver Talent" to try your luck. kx might not work for your card.
